REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money in the form of store credit, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to schedule returns for their order and request a refund from us in the form of store credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

REFUND POLICY 

We process refunds in the form of store credit in the case of returned orders and in the case of cancelled orders, payments are refunded back to the same card that was used.
